This is a 10 minute salt therapy session for you and your child or furry friend. They need to be able to sit calmly on your lap or between your legs on the floor of the booth.
**Please note we do not recommend phones in the salt booth. The salt will get into all the holes & damage it.
What happens during a Salt Booth session
Dry Salt Therapy acts to cleanse the respiratory system and the skin, which helps to relieve congestion, inflammation and skin conditions. Sessions are non-invasive. Sessions are fully clothed. We recommend a light colored, loose fitting comfortable clothing. If you are using Dry Salt Therapy for a skin condition you will want that area exposed.
Once you enter the SALT Booth, you can sit and relax. You can choose to listen to relaxing music, read a book or magazine, meditate, or simply rest. You will find pure relaxation and tranquility away from your everyday stress, leaving you rejuvenated and fully energized.
How Dry Salt Therapy works
